Is there a free plan, and do I need a card?
Yes. The free plan lets you start without a credit card — you only add payment details when you choose a paid plan.
How does overage work?
Plans have fixed, explicit limits, not metered surprise charges. Usage is measured per project and you are notified at 80% and 100% of a limit; your subscription is the only charge — the infrastructure figures shown in the product are projections from public provider price tables, never a separate bill.
Can I pay monthly or annually?
Both. Billing runs through Stripe: annual billing is charged once for the year, monthly billing renews each month. You can switch between them from the billing portal.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes, from the billing portal. Cancellation takes effect at the next cycle and access remains until the end of the paid period. Online purchases also carry a 7-day right of withdrawal with a full refund (article 49 of the Brazilian Consumer Code).
When do custom domains unlock?
Custom domains are a paid-plan entitlement and are being rolled out. Until then every project is served on a simdeploy.com subdomain with automatic SSL.
